A broker asked us to meet his Australian law firm client; they were visiting London.
Even though the law firm is one with which we would not expect to have direct dealings, our claims manager took time to meet the client to show and explain how things work in the London market.
The client told the broker they were delighted to meet a professional who knows her stuff. The broker was delighted with his client’s reaction, and told our manager
