The 2013 Annual General Meeting
The 2013 Catlin Group Limited Annual General Meeting will be held at noon on Thursday 9 May at the Group’s offices at Washington House, 5th Floor, 16 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda HM11.
"As at 28 March 2013 (being the last business day prior to the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting) the Company’s issued share capital was 361,865,075 Common Shares of $0.01 each in the capital of the Company, carrying one vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 28 March 2013 was 361,865,075."

The 2012 Catlin Group Limited Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 10 May at the Group’s offices at Washington House, 5th Floor, 16 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda HM11.
“As at 6 March 2012 (being the last business day prior to the publication of the Notice of Annual General Meeting), the Company’s issued share capital was 361,000,920 common shares of $0.01 each in the capital of the Company, carrying one vote each. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as at 6 March 2012 was 361,000,920.”
