London Market customer service
We are committed to providing excellent broker service with access to empowered, technically expert underwriters. To demonstrate our commitment to brokers, we have introduced service charters for each of our products, pledging a service level that includes:
- ensuring availability within a business group between 8am and 6pm on each business day
- a promise to respond to all enquiries from brokers within a mutually agreed time period
- a commitment to discussing service levels with brokers frequently and listening and responding to brokers’ needs.

UK broker services
For UK brokers, we offer two distinct services designed to help them provide their clients with the most appropriate insurance products for their needs.
Catlin Select - a range of insurance products written for UK commercial clients, combining broad, bespoke coverage with Catlin’s first class client service. Coverage is written by Catlin underwriters located throughout the UK.
Catlin Online – a suite of web-based trading facilities that empower brokers to quote and bind commercial insurance products for UK based small and medium enterprise (SME) clients quickly and effortlessly.
